The Role

Financial Management
 
  • Compile data from multiple sources and generate standard as well as ad hoc reporting, on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
  • Analyse sales by site to assist in identifying trends and seasonality to support the Planner and Planning Analyst
Inventory Management
  • Allocate in season replenishment to sites according to performance
  • Assist stores with merchandise fills and/or transfers to fulfil stock
  • Monitor Allocation process from Hub to Site, ensuring timely completion of deliveries
  • Execute and communicate transfers and consolidations by store
  • Communicate with the stores to ensure their replenishment needs are met
  • Assist in analysing size and style selling to create appropriate distribution strategies to optimize inventory levels
  • Assist in building model stock levels for replenishment styles
  • Assist in identifying and reviewing replenishment styles
  • Create and upload allocation tables utilizing planning upload and analysis from Planner and Planning Analyst
Team Management
  • Work effectively as a member of a cross- functional department team (Buying, Planning, Allocation, and Replenishment) by focusing on team objectives and communicating clearly
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Stores
  • Must be the main point of contact for Stores
  • Must posses a thorough understanding of each store profile


The Person

The ideal candidate will have:
  • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel
  • SAP a plus
  • Prior replenishment experience necessary
  • Strong organizational skills and follow up skills with attention to detail
  • Must be pro-active and take initiative
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to be flexible in prioritizing and multi-tasking
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Prior replenishment experience a must
